Diagonal Triangles Type 2

 

Unlike diagonal triangles which are ending patterns, Diagaonal triangles type 2 are found in the A wave or in wave1.  Again waves 1 and 4 overlap, however this time, the subdivisions are 5-3-5-3-5. They connote “continuation”, and are often the beginning of a long move. Below

Is an example of a Diagaonl Type 2 in the beginning of the 3rd wave.

 

 

Below are two example, both in the Australian Dollar, which is the reason we are so bullish on it.  The first occurs at the beginning of wave 1 of the 5th, the second begins the 3rd of the 5th.
